The Hanover Mall has wheelchairs and motorized scooters available for our shoppers. You can sign out wheelchairs or motorized scooters by stopping by the Customer Service Center and leaving a copy of your license.

Smarte Carte Stroller Rental Program
Single and double strollers are available for a fee. Please visit the Customer Service Center for details.

Bank of America ATM
The Hanover Mall has two Bank of America ATM machines available. One is conveniently located in the Macy's wing and the other is located in the Wal-Mart wing.

Gift Wrap
The Hanover Mall offers gift wrapping services for any occasion. Gift wrapping is available throughout the year on Saturday and Sunday at the Customer Service Center for a nominal fee. Gift wrapping proceeds benefit The Friends of South Shore Hospital - 100% of your contribution goes directly to The Friends of South Shore Hospital. The Friends of South Shore Hospital advances the good health of our region by keeping quality care close to home. Your contribution helps grow and build programs on which your friends and family depend.

Lost & Found
All lost items should be turned into the Customer Service Center. You can check the lost and found at the Customer Service Center or by calling (781) 826-4392.
